Dr. Vinita Pant Leads Sessions at National Pathology Conference

Dr. Vinita Pant from our Centre for Oncopathology (COP), was recently invited as faculty for two pre-conference workshops on 3rd December 2025 at the 73rd Annual Conference of IAPM & IAP-ID in Jammu.

In the Female Genital Tract Workshop, she spoke on the latest molecular classification of endometrial carcinoma, highlighting how accurate molecular subtyping guides the right treatment, helping clinicians avoid both over- and under-treatment and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

In the Oncopathology Slide Seminar Workshop held in the afternoon, Dr. Pant presented two complex referral cases from COP. She walked participants through each diagnostic challenge step by step, sharing practical, case-based insights that residents and practicing pathologists can directly apply in their own reporting. Her participation reflects Tata Cancer Care Foundation's commitment to strengthening oncopathology practice, sharing learnings from COP with the wider pathology community, and ensuring more patients receive timely, precise and evidence-based cancer care.
